Who is breeding quality Goldendoodles and Labradoodles?
The Premium Breeders’ site has a list of breeders whom breed both Goldendoodles and Labradoodles, breeders who care enough to breed the best doodles possible. In order to accomplish this goal our Goldendoodle Breeders and Labradoodle Breeders are doing the extensive testing recommended by the specific breed organizations, such as The Poodle Club of America and The Golden Retriever Club of America along with the Veterinary Universities and Research Centers. We screen our Goldendoodle breeders and Labradoodle breeders and they are required to do the tests listed.
We recommend that you always ask the hard questions of the Goldendoodle and Labradoodle breeders that you contact. Educating yourself about the importance of genetic testing of Goldendoodles and Labradoodles will insure that you are not fooled by websites that claim to be concerned about the genetic health of their dogs, yet do nothing to prove they are genetically sound. Although many of these breeders care and love their Goldendoodles and Labradoodles, caring and loving is not enough to keep their breeding stock from passing genetic disorders on to their pups. We all know that testing isn't fool proof and disorders can and do develop in some offspring of completely tested and cleared breeding stock. We test to prevent, not to guarantee. To date.... testing is the best and only way to make sure that we are breeding quality to quality.
The Goldendoodle-Labradoodle Premium Breeders’ site is the only site requiring so much of their breeders when producing Goldendoodle puppies and Labradoodle puppies from Breeding stock with proven genetic track records. We also require that all our Goldendoodle and Labradoodle breeders have clean environments in which to raise and breed their Goldendoodles and Labradoodles. They are required to have a health guarantee stating they will stand behind the Goldendoodle or Labradoodle puppy or adult that you purchase from them. If rehoming is necessary for any Goldendoodle puppy or Labradoodle puppy our breeders are there to assist. The breeders care about their clients and show this concern by doing the tests that are necessary. Our Breeders strive to produce the Ultimate Family Pet. The breeders are careful to choose breeding dogs with calm and loving dispositions and temperaments as well as choosing Breeding stock with the lowest incidence of Inbreeding as possible. The breeders on the Premium Breeders site are some of the most responsible breeders that you will find. They not only love and care for the Breeding Dogs, they extensively test to insure you, the consumer, of getting the best Goldendoodle or Labradoodle available.
Don't be fooled by claims of Preferred Breeders or Accredited Breeders. Ask the hard questions of those breeders. Ask them to list the tests that they are doing on the breeding stock they use to produce the Goldendoodles and Labradoodles. Hip tests thru either OFA or Penn hip are not enough to protect your Goldendoodle or Labradoodle puppy from the other life threatening diseases that are prevalent in the specific breeds that are used to produce the Goldendoodles and Labradoodles. You will find the tests that are important within this site and we hope that you will research and educate yourself. Then, you will know the difference between responsible Goldendoodle and Labradoodle breeders and those whom show concern on websites but are doing little to no testing on their breeding stock to insure that the consumers will be getting a genetically sound Goldendoodle puppy or Labradoodle puppy.

references. Also, remember that PUPPY MILLS don't
test their breeding stock.
